Turin (/tjʊəˈrɪn, ˈtjʊərɪn/,[4] Piedmontese: [tyˈriŋ] (listen); Italian: Torino [toˈriːno] (listen); Latin: Augusta Taurinorum, then Taurinum) is a city and an important business and cultural centre in northern Italy.
