Pros: Knowledgeable staff, a good team to work with, and always trying to stay in communication with you, make sure you know who you need to talk to and when, so there are no surprises. They were able to find multiple ways for us to save money, both on the loan and on payments on our (eventual) mortgage. We would have paid a lot more if we tried to do it ourselves. Cons: In the past I've always picked the specific bank/lender, so I always knew up front who I was dealing with. When you work with a broker you don't pick who your final loan holder will be. A little unnerving at first, but it worked out fine. Ended up I didn't really have a whole lot to worry about. Thoughts: I will use them again next time I have need of their services. All the staff were great and very knowledgeable. They were available any time I had a question, even after hours or on weekends. our rep. was there at the title company for closing, just in case we had questions or last minute needs. It was a good experience all around. Highly recommend them based on my experience.

We worked mostly with Michelle, Amanda, and Sydnie—they were great! Michelle came in on her day off to meet with us for the first time to accommodate our busy schedules. They all made everything as convenient for us as they could and were very timely. I would highly recommend Hallmark Home Mortgage!
