I have been in the real estate business for nearly 20 years and I have not found too many lenders that are less prepared than this company. We've closed a few transactions with this company and everyone was extended at the last minute and they were hard to get any answers from. Plus the manager will not respond at that time and has his employees take all of the calls. I am not writing this post to be rude, just as a professional that works with many lenders I would recommend anyone seeking a loan call someone else.
