    Terri in processing rocks! She was so patient and kind. Shannon was an amazing lender that got me a better rate I could have ever gotten from a bank alone.

    My aging mother lives in Philly and we needed to get myself pre approved for a mortgage fast so I could move near her and fast. PierPoint took such good care of the both of us. I am happy to say that myself and my family are moving near her in about a week and its all thanks to PierPoint. The people there are so incredibly welcoming and helpful that ma calls them family.
