After being called by this company, a lady named Lucy and I talked about some options I had but not in to much detail. I was extremely hesitant to give any of my information to anyone I could not sit in front of. After talking with Lucy and allowing her to run my credit and answering all of her questions we agreed she would get some options together and call me back. She called back at our scheduled time, I was not available due to being called to my children’s school. I asked her to please give me an hour and call back. Not only have I not heard back from Lucy in a week, she sent an email with my options that are locked. This company seems quite shady.
