Do NOT do business with this bank. They are inexperienced and do not know the process. This place is awful. I was pre approved and pre qualified through this bank. Found the house I wanted, did the inspection and everything. Bank did the appraisal and charged me $595. Appraisal passed and all was looking good. The bank comes back and says because my co signer was not a relative they could not complete my loan. Mind you THEY were the ones who suggested a co-signer for a lower rate. Unacceptable on every level. I am now under contract with no mortgage commitment from a company I worked with for 60+ days and starting the process with a different lender in hopes the owners wait for this new loan to complete with a different lender. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this bank. I will also be contacting the better business bureau regarding this matter.

Do not use this company for a mortgage. Tried back in October 2018 was told I qualified on my own. Started the process then they said I would need a cosigner. Got a cosigner gave them everything they asked for over 60 days paid $600 for apparaisal paid down few other things and there was a problem hade to wait 60 days to re-apply. Reapplied in April now appraisal was no good had to pay another $750 for new appraisal, revalidate all the information only for them to ask for continued information. Was left waiting for answers. Sent email no answer. Sent another email and finally got a call back and guess what cant give me a mortgage. Look for a different mortgage company save yourself the headache.
