Terrible institution. Do not bank here. I am a small business owner with multiple retail locations. I had 10 accounts with this sham of a bank. Nothing but problems from day one. I tried for 2 years to work with them, and they never once impressed me with their service or policy making. Different rules at different branches. Extremely rude tellers (not all). Fees for EVERYTHING. Turn and run away now!!

MIND YOU.. i am active duty in Florida , cannot just go to the bank.. my husband and i have no food currently and cannot pay any bills .. If I could give this bank a negative rating , I’d do just that. I spoke with 3 different tells on 3 different days.. my headache started when my car was shut off on 6 November because they were sending me a new one (with a chip). I wasn’t informed of this (strike 1). Strike 2 occurred when I called and gave this teller my address AND confirmed it but it was sent to the wrong address and returned. Strike THREE happened on Friday 8 December when I was told my card would be sent out that day and would get to me on Thursday 14 December. So the last strike occurred today when I called and was told that this isn’t in their hands anymore but the post office. Thank you for nothing first National. I am absolutely disgusted with how awfully I have been treated. Shame on this bank.
