Robert Hatch, Reggie Faulkner, and Sandy Sutton are a first class operation and I truly felt like a VIP. From the initial application to underwriting and funding, they kept me informed at every step and made the process easy and fun. I enthusiastically recommend The Hatch Team and VIP Mortgage!

We were first time home buyers and had no idea how the process was going to work. Robert and his staff was amazing from day one. Great communication. Explained every port of the process. Gave regular updates. Went out of their way to get us the best loan and rate possible. Best possible experience I could have had.
