I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I drove from Seligman AZ to cash a US EE savings bond. I was told by the cashier that my birth certificate and driver's license was not going to work I needed another form of ID. She said if I had another bank card with my AZ State issued DL I could cash it. No big deal. So I drove back to Seligman, and came back the following morning to cash it. The branch manager over heard me explaining but the cashier had told me the previous day. Started raising her voice at me getting aggressive saying "WELL I'M THE BRANCH MANAGER AND WHAT I SAY TRUMP'S WHAT SHE SAID OK! So I then asked about just opening an account. She then tells me "Look I'm not going to just open you an account so you can just cash it and be done, we are trying to develop relationships here. Why don't you just take it to Wells Fargo in Kingman ok" WOW that's some way to develop a relationship. NO THANKS.
