I wish I could give zero stars! This agent has COST me money out of my pocket because forms weren't submitted right, and my coverage dropped without me knowing. I found out through my bank who is the lien holder on my vehicle. Now i'm being charged by my bank for the time lapse in coverage! And this is not the first issue with things not being submitted correctly. I had taken a vehicle off my policy, but still paid months later, because yet again this agent didn't submit forms correctly and had in fact LOST them!
