Buying a home can be stressful, confusing, and challenging at times. Never in my life have I experience the process going so smooth like it did with Duncan Duo at my side. Our agent Quentin Richardson was very knowledgeable, organized, accommodating, available, professional, and helpful. He is truly the bee’s knees! Moving from another state can become another barrier for a buyer but it truly was a breeze working with him by our side. I would HIGHLY recommend his services because he takes his job seriously! He cares about ensuring that his clients are taken care of and entering a deal that is right for them and their family. You notice that the deal is not just about how much money can be made. He wants to make sure your taken care before and after the closing. You can put your worries at ease knowing his working in your best interest. Also, the additional team members working for The Duncan Duo were just as professional and timely. We will definitely use Quentin's services in the future when we sell our new home and purchase additional investment properties in the Tampa area.

Samantha has been incredibly helpful on my first home buying journey... a lot less scary and much more welcoming. I am so thankful for her professional social media presence and provides so many thoughtful tips on how to budget more sustainably, what to look for, and how to manifest your dream home!! Thank you so much Samantha!! 5 stars!!! 🌟
