Surprised how horribly they conducted business with me. My lender was late to every appointment, NEVER answered their phone, the quickest they replied to a text was over a day later, many questions were left unanswered which resorted me to my realtor who went out of her way to help me and last but most certain the worst thing they've done was transferred my loan to an office who has a one star review out of 600 people. Needless to say its been an absolute hassle transferring things like insurance because prime lending just kicked my loan over and transferred nothing as well neglected to tell me. I should have gone through a small business like my lender told me, it was like she knew herself and prime lending would make my first home buying experience terrible.
