Cannot think of a word to describe my experience at this branch. Today I walked into Cristina Llaca Office at 2:40 PM to get help with bank statements when she saw a note in my profile. She made a phone call out of the branch to find more details about this note in my profile and they went over with this matter for a little over five minutes for the next 18 minutes they kept talking about another client that I don’t like to provide his name or last name and Date he passed away along with many many details of his account trouble with all their bank in Canada his wife his Son and more. Then she went on talking to the other representative about internal issues with Suntrust when she was supposed to be only taking care of my brief visit. I walked out her office 3:03 PM very upset I guess she didn’t expect I could understand and speak English just made a fool out of me having me there all this time. that was so unprofessional. Well she was talking and making all these faces and gestures Trying to make me thing She was resolving my problem while I was listening about And other clients personal business she shouldn’t share that informationIn front of anybody. Our privacy as clients of Suntrust’s bank is compromise.
