I’m finally a first time home owner thanks to Mid Island Mortgage. I had initially started my mortgage process with Citibank but I was informed they were unsure if they could continue working with me a few weeks after I had received my approval letter. My realtor (Anita) from Exit Realty Dreams informed me about Mid Island Mortgage and Stephanie Santoro who is the Vice President. Anita also referred me to other realtors in other boroughs/ states to help me find my dream house. Stephanie and I spoke, informed her of my situation, everything that happened with Citibank and how far I got. She asked for all the paperwork and within a week gave me a concrete and final answer. I even obtained a commitment letter which is higher than an approval letter. I was still doubtful but she assured me we were fine to move forward and helped me all the way. Yesterday I closed and finally obtained the keys to my new home. Both Anita and Stephanie were always there via text, email or phone calls answering all my questions and concerns or even just listening to me vent. I will highly recommend anyone including my family and friends to work with these companies and both Stephanie and Anita. Thank you so much for your professionalism and help.

Great experience with Ben Werczberger. The whole Process went very smoothly everything was done electriconally for convenience. He kept me updated on every step of the process. Will def recommend them and use again.
