i took the mortgage from Cliffco . Given the choice i might not do it again. while i was happy with most of the communication i did not like the way communication of locking the rate and its charge was missed and was communicated until after a month when it was close to Closing date. Was informed once its locked it cannot go lower but there was no communication at the time of locking what kind of lock and its options and even the rate. Had a jumbo loan and i was not ready to delay the closing by changing the mortgage company but am going to look at that rate for years to come and am going to remember my experience over and over.

I don’t even know where to start, Melissa Cuartas was an absolute pleasure to work with from Day 1, she is just the sweetest! I was communicating with her everyday and she was so approachable and always ready to address all of my concerns and questions. She guided me through every step, which made things so much less stressful and intimidating for me. Melissa made the entire process so seamless and smooth and most importantly, ensured that we completed everything in time.
