This company is DEFINITELY not a scam! I was involved in an accident in 2012 when I was in my early 20s and they were assigned to collect the debt I owed because my insurance lapses and I was at fault for the accident. I have made payments and have dealt with them since then and I have never had a bad experience with them. If there was ever a time where I needed to change my payment date or make an adjustment, they ALWAYS work with me! EVERYTIME! Some people leaving negative comments need to take accountability for their actions and realize that not EVERY call from a debt collector is a scam. Your license will DEFINITELY be resuspended if you do not follow through with payment arrangements, so it’s best to communicate with them effectively and they will ALWAYS work with you. No I’m not an employee for them, but I’m just giving the honest truth. Plus they send you documentation on every payment you make and you can search your file on their site. Hope this gives the Naysayers a little bit of comfort knowing they are dealing with a real company, with real procedures and that definitely have the authority to process suspensions if you don’t own up to your debt!

I am not sure about the company but what I can say is Melissa Frew is very unprofessional and rude. I called in to settle the debt and she became upset as if she was being affected. She became loud, rude, and eventually hung up the phone once I didn’t answer her questions the way she wanted me to. I called back to speak with the supervisor and once he answered he placed me on hold 30 minutes and NEVER came back to the line. I don’t see how companies hire these type of individuals to handle business.
