Josh and team did a great job. After being promised by the " BIG BANKS" they can get it done and doing nothing but falling on their swords because not every little detail fits in to their BS boxes...RAISAL came through in lightning speed compared to banks. Great terms, good problem solving and great communication with the staff. Screw the big banks....Raisal was and is the way to go!
