We just got to Chatham on 8-11-18 I can`t believe the house we rented from Pine Acres Realty, it is a joke we payed $5000.00 for a house that is not clear or up to date.The address is 39 Pine Grove Rd Chatham Ma As soon as we arrived I called to say house was dirty, had mole refridgrator broken shelf dirty store pot holden flithy I cannot believe how this place was misrepresented,they should have way to tell potential renters what the quality and amentities of the house and if not up to date. The smell of mole takes your breath again in the down stairs tv and sleeping area. We had guest coming to visit I am ashamed of the place and feel totally mislead. We had to pay extra for sheets that are stained for PINE ACRES REALTY I don`t think they deserve 1 star it should be -0 I will never rent with this company again.
