I'm writing this to show thanks and appreciation to Mary Stephen and her co-workers!!! I talked to her 3 yrs ago when I first thought about buying a mortgage, she gave me suggestions and I followed. Because of that, we were able to get our house this year. Due to system issue, my final approval was delayed, I had thought we had to push back closing. Mary can make mirocles happen!!! She got my final approval and closing on the same day which is rare even my realtor was surprised. She is very knowledgeable. I talked to other lenders before, NOBODY was able to give me an estimate after I provided basic information. She also responses in time, day and night, even weekend. It was a stressful process when buying a house, I was lucky enough to have the best support from Mary and the whole lending team, 20 days quick closing. I appreciated how much effort everyone put into!! Thanks again everyone

No sure about the local guys here in Austin, but dealing with their corporate office and specifically the insurance department is 100% awful. Full of miss information and can't seem to provide a solution except we are waiting on another department. It must be bad for the wife to state ," Even Bank of America was better".
