I had always been happy with Coast Central. The staff had been kind, friendly and hepful. The newest manager had been out of the office the last dozen or so times I have been in. On my most recent visit I finally had the unfortunate opportunity to interact with her. She was rude, curt, self-important, with a "why are you here bothering me" attitude.

I just changed in the past year to Coast Central and I really enjoy the people and the ability to do most things online. I am rating you only a four however because of your hours. You should open atleast by 9:00 a.m.. This has caused me problems more than once as well as closing two days in a row over Thanksgiving. Great for your employees, but not the customer.
