Buyer Beware! Imagine finding the home of your dreams, getting an accepted offer, going through the long process (and costly) of inspections, loan approvals, etc, only to have it sold to someone else days before the closing. Heart breaking! This happened to me and my family and we were devastated. The selling agent (name excluded) will continue to pursue other buyers even after an accepted offer and use a small contingency to get out of the deal if she can find someone who will pay more. You know the old saying “you only want something when someone else has it”, so does she… Unethical and not worth your time and heartache. My suggestion is find another home listed with a trustworthy source
