Austin Waters did an amazingly smooth job getting me from start to finish with my home mortgage process. I had found a property I was interested in, he got me pre qualified for a loan, walked me through the loan application options, and electronic signatures. In 30 days I went from just looking at a property, without previously being pre-qualified, to actually closing on the property. He is very calm and knowledgeable and efficient. His partner Regi could not have been more helpful, step by step gathering the information needed to follow thru the loan process. I believe Keystone Alliance has the best financing options and customer service available.
