I primarily deal with Jeff Kale, who is amazing, knowledgeable, and always communicates throughout the lifecycle of the loan. He watches the market and is super knowledgeable about current happenings as well as past and future trends. We have referred many friends and family to him and they are raving about the office as well. Thanks Jeff for always making the process "uneventful"!!

I walked into prime lending looking for information about a home loan. Today, being my only day off, I am dressed very comfortably. I wasn't expecting to be treated any different as I make more than enough to qualify for a house. Jennell, the manager didn't want to help me and shrugged me off due to my laid back appearance. She reluctantly helped me and treated me as an idiot just looking for a hand out. I would recommend NEVER using Prime Lending. They are impersonal and don't earn your business. They are also ill prepared for walk-ins and answering questions. Guild mortgage in Minden blows this dump out other water.
