We have been waiting over a month to see what we get approved for on a house loan. Its ridiculous they call us randomly just to tell us they are still working on it. We are on a time limit seeing is how we have to renew our apartment lease in a couple months. Well times up and now we still haven't heard from them. Pretty much got our credit ran for nothing. Will NOT use this company again. We obviously are not a priority. Oh and we were referred to this company by a real estate agent name Twila Dittus who has also been no help. She was suppose to be helping us get a house we wanted that she told us we couldn't afford but the owner of the house told her that they wanted to work with us to get us in the house and what ever we could afford they would take. Twila told of us the situation which we were excited about but than when we try to follow up on the situation she ignored our calls and would not return messages and when she finally would call she would totally avoid the question. That house is now sold to someone else thanks to Twila. So over all if you want a reliable agent or lender do NOT use Twila Dittus or Prime Lending. They will get nothing done.
