I only give one star even though they don't deserve that. We looked at a house for sale one day and next day we had our bank get ahold of them and nothing was heard from them so my wife calls Howard Hanna to see wat was going on and all of the sudden the house is pending from someone else. In one day they let this happen we were using Howard Hanna as r realtor to find us homes but not no more. Funny thing is Howard Hanna was selling the house and they could not even tell us that others were looking at it and there was already a bid in play. So my guess is to never deal with Howard Hanna in Warren Pa
