I was excited to become a first time homebuyer. My mother, and I was over joyed. However, the experience with Mr. Neal Tipton was unsatisfying. After, submitting all documentation require, and one face-to-face meeting with Mr. Neal Tipton, all communication stopped. I left several voice mails, emails, and personal cell phone messages, for update status. I was ignored!! It was horrible!!! I cried terribly not understanding the reason of lack communication. Finally, I left a voice mail, explaining how I felt, and was treated. Listen! I was recommended by my Real Estate Agent. If, I would have known, that my 630 credit score, and FHA lower loan amount, was not top dollar profit for Mr. Neal, my time could have been with another lender, who understood my goals/plan. The time delayed, is unreal. Finally, Mr. Neal allows his partner Mr. Jeff to step in, and assist, which didn't go far. In all, I declined the services, I didn't feel important or value, but tossed aside with no explanation until several attempts of calling. I would like to say that Mrs./Ms. Molly(assistant) is very professional, kind, and considerate. Thank you-Molly! Remember, if you are not high investor, excellent credit score, exceptional amount of down payment, don't waste your time and pride.

Neal and his team are the best out there. The entire refi process was painless. Neal assessed my situation and recommended two products then allowed me to decide which product would be best for me. Neal is located on the other side of the state but it wasn't a issue due to his online document collection system and easy online document signature system. There was no need to take time off work to go to closing, they came to my house and on MY schedule!!! Neal and his team were very responsive during the whole process, often returning my calls within the house. I could not recommend Neal Tipton and Waterstone Mortgage more. A+++
