I give my favorite bank 5 stars but at this branch I’ve been here a handful of times very friendly service in the lobby but the drive thru tellers are not very friendly when you pull up they don’t say hi to you unless you hit the call button or send the carrier in. Need customer service improvement in the drive thru.

When were folks expected to add "deposit" under his/her signature if he/she wanted to deposit a check? And twice after complying, my check was cashed and sent back. TWICE. Next time it happens I'm done! Obviously, to verify my signature wasn't even a thought, or "deposit" would've been read. Incompetent drive-thru teller, weird rules and never an apology and all of this handling SOMEONE ELSE'S MONEY! This is a Federal Institution - the fear of a lacking security is now an issue.
