If you are looking to buy, you can't go wrong with this company. I personally worked with Tom during most of my process. He is very informative. He explained everything to me more than once I'm sure. Helped me to understand the process and kept me updated on the status of my mortgage application. I also worked with Jacque, once my mortgage application was in. She is very awesome as well! She let me know immediately if the lender needed addl documents from me etc. Very " johnny on the spot". Which I love! This team of professionals is the best way to go. They are knowledgable, they know what they are doing and they are great at it. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

He's seen MANY different scenarios and his industry is one where experience truly pays. Tom doesn't engage his clients to get the business and leave them to navigate the process alone, he clearly values being available to his clients throughout the process. Tom will leverage all reasonable resources if he thinks it will help his client. I've seen Tom demonstrate a client focused business approach. He truly seems to take pride in a job properly and well done.
