We moved to Florida and this was our first property purchased here. Chris and his team were honest and explained everything to us throughout the process with no hidden surprises. We highly recommend Group One Mortgage.

Overall, Group One Mortgage process went fine. I want to thank, Chris Ruby, Lalo Guzman, Sharine Carbonell, Sharine Hockenbury, Fred Zimmerman, and Susan Prill for their diligence in the process itself. Only a slight miscommunication in the process, which was resolved quickly.
