Working with Jeff Hoffman @ Nationwide Residential was a great experience. Jeff was able to guide me through the process of buying a new build home which I found the process to be different then buying from a seller. He was there with me from beginning to end, provided support when I had doubts in the process, kept me informed, he created an email gram which kept me updated weekly as the documents were being process. That was huge I knew where the process was and what was pending! I was informed step by step from the appraiser to survey to banker's request to final closing. He is a good listener, kept the lines of communication open, is responsive and well informed in the business. Selecting Nationwide as my mortgage broker was the best choice I made, not regrets. We closed on time and closing cost was exactly as he estimated. I would recommend Jeff to anyone that is looking to buy and is not sure where to begin.
