We had a complicated mortgage situation that needed to be refinanced in a very short amount of time. Having gotten a few mortgages, I didn't think it could be done. She did it even faster than she said she could. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, very on top of her game, and got us a better rate than we had. I know she worked on it after hours. She was easy to get a hold of on the phone, explained the process well and got all the ducks in a row and everything processed as smoothly as possible.
