Our experience with Victorian Finance was great from the beginning to the end. We first contacted Victorian almost a year before we were ready to purchase a home. Thom (our loan officer) was VERY helpful and guided us through the entire process. He stayed consistently kind, patient and responsive to all my questions and concerns. The entire Victorian team worked very diligently to process our loan and communicated regularly to ensure our initial closing date was met. Jeff also remembered my birthday. Small things like that matter when you are dealing with what could be stressful and overwhelming at times. Thank you all!

I am really happy with choosing Victorian Finance as my mortgage company. They were helpful through the entire process. I was extremely stressed to purchase my first house alone. Chelsea and the team were helpful in every way! I had multiple questions throughout the process land Chelsea took the time to either call or email me very quickly. I never was confused or uncertain of anything that was coming or what would be happening. I close tomorrow on my first house and I seriously feel that Victorian Finance made the process as smooth as can be! Highly recommend them !!!!! Also, if you are very very OCD with a ton of questions, they will answer everything quickly!!!
