They signed paperwork stating that they would not sell our loan, and before the first payment was due, the loan was sold. This greatly impacted our credit scores. When we pointed out that they had signed a document stating they were not selling the loan, they cut off all communication with us. I would *never* do business with them again and would *never* recommend them. They deserve NEGATIVE stars!!!!

They outstanding customer service, sense of urgency,the whole process was smooth, at all times of the process I feel they was working on my best interest. Am very happy and thankful
