Great company to work with. I was able to refinance my mortgage within 3 weeks. I was in a unique situation because I had bad credit, but I had a lot of equity in my house, so all of the traditional lending banks turned me down because of my bad credit. As long as you have equity in your house they can work with you and give you the cash you need regardless of your financial situation.

Unprofessional and Rude company, they refused to explained the customers the loan process, they don't have a loan number, they have no idea what they doing. a lady by the name Loren Morgan is super rude, the whole team is rude. good advise, never do business with them. just to add a little detail; someone by the name Pat William had called a customer an idiot and treated them rudely.
