Because of Ruth and her knowledge, passion, commitment and dependability my family has our DREAM HOME! Ruth always answered my calls and texts, (even after-hours, late at night). Our purchase was contingent upon the sale of the home we owned. At the last minute our buyers backed out and left us at the closing table. luckily, I was able to get a cash deal within 2 days so we could still get our new house. Ruth restructured the entire financing of our deal and had the funds at the closing table with only 24 hours notice.
