The tellers here are very friendly and go out thier way to make you feel welcome.

This bank has friendly staff but that's about it. The rates on loans are too high. They did some trickery (offering saving accounts higher interest) to get people to obtain the banks own Visa card (and then removed the higher interest rate from said account). I find them to be too money driven and not competitive enough.
