We loved working with Josh! This was our first time purchasing a home and he made the process so smooth and straight forward. We bought our home without a realtor/"for sale by owner" and he did all the work in coordinating everything. It was easy just contacting him if we needed anything, even if it wasn't directly related to him he would figure it out. From our experience and how easy it was, I don't understand why anyone would ever need a realtor to buy a home!

Josh was professional, organized, and thorough start to finish. He follows through with everything he says. He never once put me in the situation of having to call to get the status of things, he always kept me updated and in the loop every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
