This team is amazing. They made a difficult home-buying experience so smooth. Our loan officers went out of their way, doing things outside of their job description, to make sure our needs and wants were met and the transaction processed as smooth as possible. We’ve tried other loan officers and always felt like we were being taken advantage of, but never with Academy. Every member of their team was transparent, honest, positive, and helpful. We worked with Carter and Aaron, but we met other Loan Officers and staff and would go work with anyone at this office again.

Our mortgage went through, but not without several days of severe stress where we had to come up with obscure paperwork and were told to transfer funds into checking and then they asked us why. This all happened the day before closing and we had to delay our purchase by a week. We tried to refinance for a lower interest rate and were pass off to some guy who did not really have the time to properly work the refinance. Now I keep getting spam from this company.
