The process was straightforward and relatively painless. Took a little longer than expected, but was worth the effort. Jason B was great to work with. He talked to me like a person and not a number. He even called me after business hours, just to answer my questions. We need more like him! Monique was our loan officer and, while she did her job, she seemed less enthusiastic than Jason. I took her for being a little green. Overall, I would recommend Prime Choice to other Veterans looking to refinance.
