My brother has been in the hospital for the past five months and I had to get POA to help handle his bills . I live in Arkansas . Jeanne has been a tremendous help to me . The manager there is nice but a teller named Kathleen is so rude. Everytime I go in and need to do anything she is unbelievably rude. Also this bank is just a big scam. I have overdraft protection which isn't really overdraft protection. Then when you try to op out of it you still get overdraft fees. I'm closing my account asap and will never deal with TD bank again.
