Glenn Judy is the best loan originator. He kept us informed throughout the process, and everything went exactly how he said it would. Totally transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. Very personable and friendly also. Always had time to answer any question, and knew exactly what was needed to close the loan before underwriting even asked for it. Our situation wasn't ideal - new jobs, new city, but Glenn and PrimeLending made it happen. Couldn't have had a better experience. 5 stars, highly recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Prime Lending. Being a first time buyer we definitely had our doubts about finding a trustworthy lender and loan officer that could close the deal. Our loan officer, Glenn Judy, was amazing and communicated with us every step of the way from day one. We were prequalified within 1-2 days of applying. From the beginning Glenn assured us that he could close in 3-4 weeks. Once we found a house, we put in an offer which was accepted on June 17 with an anticipated close date of July 18. With Glenn’s help, we ended up closing a week early on July 11. In a tight market like the DC Metro area, being able to close quickly makes your offer much more appealing to a seller.
