Working with this team at Philadelphia Mortgage Brokers was an amazing experience. We are first time home buyers which comes with it's own hurdles, but we were also using the VA loan which made many sellers nervous. Paul Carson and his team went above and beyond to call sellers in order to educate them on the true regulations of VA loans, and were there for us every step of the way. Their dedication to our journey to find the perfect first time home for our family was wonderful. Their knowledge, and attention to detail took much of the mental anguish off of our plates ,and allowed us to focus on simply finding the right home. Their help did not just stop the day we signed the paper as we have receive follow up emails and phone calls in order to make sure we also understand the 'what is next', which included knowledge about scams that companies try to get first time buyers to buy into through other companies.
