I/we can not say enough good things about Tom Tyler of Presidential Bank Mortgage and his team! From our first meeting until closing Tom had a calm approach, was willing to explain any and everything and offered traditional as well as creative solutions. Do understand, PBM's process is rigorous and detailed! But, the people you work with like Jennifer in underwriting were pleasant and helpful. Finally, I sat through two closings back to back and Tom's style was top notch vs. the compensation that day!

John Wish is great to work with. Did three mortgages with him over the years. He has proven reliable and accessible. Will continue to work with him d'ssnown the road as opportunities arise.
