If I could give no stars for this company I most definitely would without any hesitation whatsoever! Do not even consider this company as your lender. Patrick K. is by far one of the worst individuals at this company to deal with. I can’t believe my credit union recommends their faithful customers to this company...my credit union is the greatest but First Heritage doesn’t compare. Patrick does not make you feel like a priority, he takes his time getting back or he just doesn’t get back to you at all. He had the nerve to tell me he could only give me 2 loan scenarios when I asked to have 6 done. I was not asking to have all of them done at once, just asking to have them done as soon as he could. He did 2 and never completed the rest. On top of the poor communication when asking for info...his attitude is not great neither. Now a woman name Debbie O. filled in for him while he was out and oh my gosh she was the greatest...she was available and very helpful. But this company is not dependable at all...don’t wanna waste your time.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before I did business with this company. The loan officer I worked with was the worst at communicating and very unprofessional. She called me two days before scheduled closing and said things weren’t in order for me to closed. This was after I contacted her several times during the process to see if things were in order. I had to contact her supervisor in order to get her to do her job. My closing was pushed back a week and the loan officer wanted to point the finger at me and told the sellers that I didn’t have the money to close which wasn’t true. I felt that type of business is so unprofessional. Do your job and then you won’t have to try to make some one look bad. Do not do business with them...
