Reason being is that he contacted me the next day W/ a very sincere apology explaining his present circumstances which I found to be very humble of him. I represented the SELLER in a transaction; after the BUYER'S agent going thru 2 lenders; Brendan was the "third time is a charm!" lender! He got it done! Brendan went above and beyond and got the job done under difficult circumstances! Kept us informed as well! I give Brendan 5 stars!! Kari Acosta
