University Lending guided us through some very tumultuous times over a two-year period. We closed on our construction loan in July 2016. We had to terminate our construction contract with our first builder, J.W. Dunwright. We subsequently had a modification of our loan and obtained the services of Tradewinds Builders to complete the house. The house was finally completed in October 2018. University Lending and Phyllis Balwinski, especially, were with us every step of the way. Phyllis with her calm reassuring counsel kept us on even keel when the going got rough. We will forever be indebted to her for everything she did for us. I might note that University Lending is one of the few lending organizations that will handle VA construction loans. We highly recommended them!
