My experience with Erik Butzek starting nearly 2 years ago. I was working with a realtor who introduced me. After a quick and painless pre-approval process I decided not to go with the home and continued my search. As the market moved upwards I had a very difficult time finding homes in my price range. What impressed me about Erik is that he always stayed in touch. Every month or two he would drop me a quick line very professional and not high pressured. Something along the lines of "Hey its Erik. How is the home search going? Let me know if you have any questions I am here for you." This went on till finally I found something that I wanted to pursue. Of course Erik was the first call I made. He was always available. I thought to myself does this guy ever sleep?. I would send him an email at 830pm expecting a response the next morning. Within a moment he was on the phone trying to help me and answer my questions. He made every part of the process effortless as if I was being held by the hand during a my first steps. My transaction was seamless. My closing was earlier then expected and my closing cost were less then estimated. I have compared my interest rate that Erik was able to lock in for me to some of my friends and family and it is the lowest so far of those who recently bought homes. I can say without a doubt I will be a lifetime customer and so will my friends and loved ones from here on.
