Three Oaks Ford might not be big and fancy but they strive on customer service and stay true to their word. Just a small town dealership doing things the right way. The service manager, Suzanne, is so kind and very professional. I explained that there was something wrong with my transmission and she made me an appointment right away to get it fixed. Three Oaks Ford fixed my car and is perfect once again!
