The Rate Kings were so helpful and professional! Shopped rates and couldn't find any better. We were purchasing from out of state with a very short turnaround. Lonnie and his team walked us through the whole process without a glitch. They always answered our (many!) questions kindly and promptly. Expert service in every way. Highly recommended!

We had very unusual closing and also need a fast turn around! (30 days) The Rate kings team was amazing and got everything done and was able to save us money before closing lowering are interest rate! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Lonnie relationship with his banks and vendors is best around and won’t find more fair and honest team!
