With so many choices out there, its hard to know where to go when you need a mortgage. i was so happy we chose Ann Zeilingold. number one, she was always available for all my questions - if she didn't answer her phone right away, she called right back - we ended up going through a few houses that we need to get a mortgage approval on before we finally were able to pull through with one, she had patience for each one and her team never got annoyed - it was always a 'welcome back!' when my mother in law had some questions, Ann called her after hours to explain everything to her - Ann knew what our best option would be, but she patiently explained all the other options to us - so we would feel that we were making a smart decision. Her team was always available, worked super quick and with a smile the whole time - Ann also put out a really great book on buying a home- it was an easy read, quick, short and to the point but it says everything - i would definitely recommend her, and use them again if needed!
